Hi sorry to repost but I really don't know why my c550 will not go into the bootloader screen only black with coloured stripes running down the screen, could the bootloader be missing?
The phone works fine though.

It's R321_G_0A.10.1AR and the flex version is SE8318AXXB705F if thats of any help P2k product support tool, flash prog says that it is putting the phone into flash mode the phone then displays the motorola graphic.
boot version is v0x000910 and build version is 0x000000 ,platform type is GSM Neptune LT.

ah right so i'm getting there then!
still no go so i'm trying to find flash for it, found 2 on http://motorgsm.barvinok.net/filelist.html but not sure if they are correct or not,any advice on whether they can be used?

been trying to download it since yesterday but no luck as yet.
what about the R321_G_0A.10.24R.rar file would that one be of no use?

Also is there anywhere else i can look searched all over but i don't know Russian.
