CoolMax CX-450B Power Supply?

HI, I was looking at Newegg.com for a good and inexspensive power supply and came across the CoolMax CX-450B model.

I'm just wondering if anyone out there is using or has used this power supply and what you think of it?!

It has a single 120mm fan on the bottom, I'm not sure it it blows air in or sucks it out?! Maybe you can tell me that one as well.

The reviews on Newegg are shpwing happy people buyers, but I just wanted to try to get some more thoughts!
