I doubt you will be able to put a possible 2 ta 4 gig PS2 game on a memory stick unless they come out with a 4gb stick (which would cost more than the PSP itself.

You can put PSP games on a 2 gig flash card about 5 of them to be precise
they are only 250 to 500 mb files, the UMD is full of empty space.

...for now....just like the ps2 the majority of early titles were on cds or very low.
Take a look back at even ps1 how the graphics sucked and the game sizes were tiny on early titles. But things progressed as the system grew older. The same will happen with the psp and when more titles start releasing.
#1 to topic starter, u will never put a ps2 game on a psp...ps2 textures and models are made for the processing power of a ps2
#2 stop pirating crap and go buy something. How would you like it if you opened a store to find that people were able to copy your inventory without buying anything. It is morons like you that will result in games going up 5-10$ each to make up for the money lost due to pirating or cover teh extra costs for producing harder to crack security software. If you want things for free and don't care about profit or business go move to a communist country

#1: the psp has almost identical processing power to the ps2 (300Mhz to 333 Mhz)
#2: Just cuz people are cheap doesn't mean they're a communist
Someone should figure out how to do this, I already saw a playstation emulator, but it was not complete. I would love to see the ps2 emulated, but It'll take a while, as the ps2 hasn't even been emulated on pc yet.

a couple things to note.
There are different aspect ratios, a ps2 game can be up to 8 gb, and there are no ps2 emulators for psp. Dont be cheap dude.

Obviously there is a moron but his name is probably Sirraven. Why are you wasting your time telling people to stop taking advantage of a good thing. Do you really think that are going to take your advice and say well he is right and start buying the games at full price. You are the fool to still pay the extra 5-10 bucks for the games when other maybe getting it for way way less than you sound like the moron here. Now i know someone is going to say well they will eventually stop making the games b/c of the profit loss. Well if that ever happen it wont be anytime soon and if it ever does i am sure non of use will be alive to see that day so why should we stop pirating now. A friend of mine bought about 6 games one month for his ps2. He probaby spent at least $330 bucks. I got those same games and only spent around $30 bucks so you be the moron for all the rest of us in the world ok. Thank you once again Sirraven A.K.A "The Moron" LOL

There will never be a PS2 emulator for PSP.

haha sirraven i agree with lxhotboy and leiz4love. btw the psp has more processing power than the ps2.
Quote: ps2 textures and models are made for the processing power of a ps2
ps2 is 295 mhz and the psp is 333 mhz. also, the textures and models are both 3d based 128 bit. (psst. they match) also the older games for the ps2 that have blue backs are actually cds not dvds. cds are 700 mb MAX so if u bought 1 gig stick then u can 100% sure put it on that 1024 mbs.as for the 4gb thing? can the psp even read that much memory? cuz i have an mp3 player that can read up to 1 gug stick not 2. does any1 know if theres a limit.
