i'm using s-video out on my 6600gt, and the text in windows is extremely blurry. i have a 32 inch sony wega tv with component input, its not an hdtv though so i guess it only supports 480p right? if i were to get some component cables and use them could i run it in 480p and not have blurry text in windows anymore?

i've tried using tvtools and powerstrip but it hasn't helped. i tried adjusting the flicker in the nvtools and it didnt make the text any cleaner. i know the problem is those horizontal black lines if i could just get rid of them or get around them somehow.
