hello all
I am being driven nuts by emule hogging my internet connection.
I am using a Belkin 4 port Router and have configered it according to these instructions:
http://www.emulehelp.tk/
whenever a transfer is being made, even if the speed of the transfer is tiny, the bandwidth used is 80% of my available bandwidth.
any ideas how I could go about solving this?
