I used p2kman to remove some default ringtones and it wont let me go into the sounds detail menu to change the assigned tones for the phone...Is there anyway I can either re-install the software or flash thew phone? if anyone can help me I would appriciate it...thanks

Load your phone back into p2kman. Delete the two .db (database) files in your audio section, and then restart your phone. After you delete these files and restart, your phone recreates them with the changes you made in the new database...don't delete them, and your phone won't understand that changes have been made, and messes up some other things (like sound detail). Voiala.
