My New V300 // Flash/FleX Help?

I have a new V300 phone, its ok, I've read just about every thread great support.
However I'm wondering if I I should upgrade my Flex and Flash for higher performance?
I have Flex v:Gs9v300rg01na148 and I see triplets_f_0B.09.2fr and I have not seen a location or articles that explain the benefits of one flash/flex file or the other.
Should I flash my phone to v600? If so where and what is it called? And Can I keep flash until the end of time, or just up to the v600???

SOrry if this is lame, but I'm sure others will benefit too...
