I am currently running Azureus 2.3.0.0 and Zone Alarm Pro ver 5.5.062.011 on XP SP2. In Azureus I do a NAT/Firewall test and it says it is ok and i have opened port 49210. I get a green smiley face on most downloads but I'm either choked all the time and/or I d/l at about 25k/s and then drop to 0k/s until i restart Azureus. I seem to upload ok but d/ling is a real nightmare. Could someone please tell me whats going on ! ? ! ?

P.S. I have a 1mb connection
