Ok, my computer specs are, p4 2.6ghz 800mhz FSB, 1GB ram, and 1 sapphire radeon 9250 256MB graphics card. Now for the problem. When I play games examples: Battle Feild Veitnam, Splinter Cell Pandora tommarow, the frames don't really freeze but kinda cache. This can get really annoying as far as playing a game. I did have a geforce MX 440 64mb card and on battle field veitnam the game actualy plays smoother than the radeon. Now the graphics in game are 10 times better but there's still the game play. For one can anyone tell me if the card just can't play well or if i'm not doing something right. I have the latest drivers. Please help this makes playing games impossible, I'm about to turn around and resell it on ebay and see if i can at least get some of my money back to go for another graphics card that will play decently. Any help or comments would be great, thanks.

its the model of your card man.. kinda outdated.......i got a winfast 6600 gt 128 ddr3 card. shit works perfectly

I have an Ati Radeon 9250 w/256mb,am I outdated to.it works fine when I play doom 3 and i'm running a p4 oc to 3.6 w/2gb of ram

ok one more question,I want to turn my computer into media center 2005 but,since I already have a graphics card would it be better to buy just the tv tuner card or a card that has everything on it and agp would be better right?
