I have a movie in two different qualities. One is in ok quality, and the other one is in perfect quality. Now the one in ok quality also has menus and the one in perfect quality doesn't.

So now, how do I replace the movie in ok quality with the one in perfect quality, so that I can keep the menu. I know this is possible in vobblanker, I just need to know exactly how to do it...
