Sony want it to be possible to play demos off your memory card. thats why, however knowing sony, they wont do it.. so mayeb you should research these things before you post something that sensitve.

Firmware patches and Demos will show up under Games on the memory stick. And Gamesaves are for your save games. It makes perfect sense actually.

AMD Athlon 64bit FX-55 - OCed to 3.06Ghz -- Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI -- 4GB Dual Channel DDR400
2x 120GB Seagate 10K RPM RAID-0 -- 2x BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra 256MB PCI Express SLI -- Plextor PX-740A & TDK 40x20x52x -- Windows 7 64bit -- Maybe old and outdated but still runs quick lol

i know, but wouldnt it be easiar to put the demos onto a umd. it will be cheaper and easier.
FYI(DONT TAKE THIS COMMENT SERIOUSLY) i think sony included the sample disk in the psp so people can screw around with it LOL

I'm not sure about cheaper, because they would have to make and ship all those UMDs. Instead they can just put it on a servers and have people download it straight to their PSP through the internet.
