Matrix Infinity with Rebuilt ISOs???

Hi all,

Quick, quick question:

Today I received a new slimline PS2 with a Matrix Infinity installed.

Previously I was using the older model PS2 with a DUO2SE installed.

The new Infinity machine is fine except one thing:

Games that I re-built using ISOBuster and CD/DVD Gen won't boot on my Infinity chip but they are fine on my DUO2SE.

If I re-extract the ISO using Alcohol 120% and re-burn to DVD the games work fine.

I have quiet a few rebuilt ISO games and I'm wondering now do I need to make new copies of the lot? Or is there just some small thing that I am missing here.

A sample game that won't boot is NFL Street 2 (PAL).

Very odd, did you just rebuild them, or did you patch them too?
I know that you should no longer have to rebuild games with the Matric chip, or patch them for that matter. When i got my new PSTwo with DMS4 Pro i didn't have any problem playing any of the games i previously made when i was using Swap Magic on my V7

Pure rebuild only.

The only reason I re-built them was because some of the EA Games were very choppy and slow e.g. NFL Street 3, NBA Street Vol 3, FIFA 2005.

Once re-built they worked fine on the DUO2SE but they don't boot on the Matrix Infinity V1.45

All other games that I backed up using only Alcohol 120% seem fine.
