how do i stop bittorent from uploading so much, completly or put a cap on upload cause my service provider is getting mad.

I wouldn't reccomend you stop it, one it's not nice to stop uploading, and two, BitTorrent is coded so you share and download equally, so if you stop your upload, man your d/l rate will suck BIG TIME!

But to answer your question.. go to the options and limit the upload. Dont stop it, just limit it.
