I'm on DSL--Verizon... i share a connection with ma sistas roomate, but even when she isnt online my netplaying is slow. say for instance if me and someone else wanted to netplay with an nes or Neo geo game,we'd do so, begin play'n. n my controls are delayed by seconds . Like if i press da punch button, RYUs punch would occur seconds lata. n i always end up lose'n.

my virus protection is Panda Titanium 2005. i recently disposed of norton cause it couldnt detect any viruses on ma comp that i new existed... Pandas gotta built in firewall and i use that. me personally dont no if the firewall could be conflicting with my online experience, but if i disable it i'm sure to getta virus.... dont wanna risk doing it. Disabling it for like 10 seconds has proven that ma computa kin get affected that quick..

any recommendations? me gotta custom built, P4 2.40 proc. 512 DDR Ram, 170 gig 7200 rpm HDD. 6600GT 128 DDR3 AGP Graphics card... i'm set for those nuttthin... i'm running games like Doom 3 n Max Payne 2 right now..

So, why is my netplay slow?
