I am having huge problems with my v220 and PhoneTools...

I can't PhoneTools to transfer mp3s, it says mp3 codec may be inapproiate or missing, and when I try to crop the mp3s the program cannot save, can anyone help me out with this? PLEASE!!!!

You need to convert your MP3 file's bitrate to either 48 or 32. That way you phone can play MP3. I suggest you to convert file no more than 20 seconds because it'll use a lot of memory space.
