ok i have a v505 under at&t and wanna use a cingular sim iv been lookin through most of the post learin as i go so far i used pkman to hook up to my phone through usb, i downloaded the file 0032_0001.seem off the phone and used xoclipse motorola tools to edit it then uploaded it back on to the phone but when i put my cingular sim in, it says enter subsidy code
