im having trouble converting alien hominid to an .iso and burning it to cd-r

i have burnt games before but this one is different because its got loads of rar files and others and i dont know how to change it into and .iso or a .bin and .cue file can sopme one help please!

Use WinRAR to un compress the files.
Open the .rar file or the .001 file
