hi.

any help would be much appriciated!

i own a pal slimline pstwo, i've got swapmagic 3.6 for dvd and cd. whenever i play backups or original ntsc dvds everything is fine, but if i boot any origial or backup ntsc cd's, either the lazer or the disc sound like they are going to blow up, everytime the disc has to load to a menu screen or a different level in a game.

if i cant sort this out, the only option i probally have, is to buy a dvdrw and burn the cdr discs to dvdr, but i dont really want to spend all that money!

please help me!

many thanks
butch.

CD games spin amazingly fast. I actually asked that same exact question a few months back. Don't worry, the CD games are supposed to spin much faster. Now, if your games freeze often, or your backups experience slower load times than your original CD games, then reburn the games on better media.

For future reference, the quality of the media you buy severely affects how well those games will play, with both CDs and DVDs.
