Now, i just bought a dvd player for my car, and there is no way that im keeping my originals in my car just in case something should happen. I decided to try and copy my total recall dvd, which only has css protection using dvd copy and the newest copies of anydyd and dvd idle pro running in the back ground. After burning, my dvd played fine on power dvd, but wont play in my magnavox mwd200f dvd player. Im using ilo Dvd+R media, which is what i use when im authoring cds with ulead movie maker 4, and ive had no problems at all up to this point with them playing in my dvd player.

I was wondering if my settings could be wrong in anydvd and idle pro, so i shut them both off and i still got a dvd that plays fine on my pc and not in my dvd player.

My settings for anydvd is:

default region: usa, canada
navigation: remove annoying adverts and trailers
jump directly to main movie
feature removal: all enabled

I currently have idle pro turned off.

Does anonye else have this problem? And if so, did you find a way to make a copy of your css encrypted dvd so that it plays on your home dvd player?

I also op to keep the extras, but not the dts audio, languages, or subtitles in the settings of 1 click dvd.

Hi there,

The problem with software like 1 Click DVD Copiers is that they burn at MAX speed.

I assume it was burned with 1 Click DVD ?

Try a copy burned with Nero at 2x or 4x Max, and I bet you, you will see a difference.

I use DVD Decrypter / DVDShrink and burn with Nero at 2x.
All my copies play everywhere, even on cheap media !

My 2 cents...

hi zeroxdash, i use 1click, is a good program, the speed of the burn could be the problem, 1click does not burn, it uses copytodvd to burn. if burning speed is the problem, use 4x or 2.4x disc. i have used this program for about a year with no problems.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

Hi there,

1ClickDVD doesn't have it's own burning engine ?

Well that's cool, because if it uses CopyToDVD then you CAN select the burning speed.

Thanks, it's nice to know !
