I have (Until Recently) been a happily licensed owner of DVD Xcopy express, gold, and platnium which I bought back in 2003. My problem is getting the licence and password to be accepted after sucessfully re-installing them. The activation has failed it says because "These license numbers and passwords have been installed the maximum number of times'. Due to various problems with XP over the last two years (Viruses, installing a new hard drive, etc, etc) I have had to reinstall windows at least 5 times (maybe more. I run and keep updated the latest Norton Internet Security, a couple of anti spyware programs, and anti spam and pop up programs, but I have still had my problems that had forced me to re-install windows, and when I did, I had to re-install DVD xcopy. I had no problems until today, but it appears as if their is a software security feature which limits the number of times you can install this product using the same license and passwords. If you can help me get my copy activated that would great. I would really appreciate your help.

contact the s/w supplier - they cant limit the amount of installs you do... get them to lift the block
