lately i have seen an increasing amount of news on people being sued for downloading movies and music, it's beggining to make me slightley nevouse. alot of the news mentions heavy file downloaders, what exactly is a heavy downloader and how much do you have to be downloading to fit into this bracket? i download at a maximum maybe 5 movies a week and i keep around 100 files (some movies and some tv shows) in my shared folder for sharing and trading. I dont sell any of the movies i download they are just for my own personal use, how safe am i and others like me? and why arent governments paying more attention to the people that make a profit from video and audio piracy?
