please excuse my ignorance but can someone help me. i use bit tornado to download and i have a 2meg connection through my digital tv box. i can download fast enough ok but when it has finished downloading i leave the torrent open to upload(seed) but the fastest ever upload speed i get is 20kb/s which takes me about 3 days to fully seed that file.could someone shed some light on why i can only upload at that speed as i would dearly like to upload faster. any replies would be very grateful :(

i think you should try an upload boosting program search google.

Another thing to remember is that you probably have a 2 meg down, but a slower up. If you're not sure on the speed of your up, just do a simple speed test, dslreports has a handy list to choose from.

I have a 6mb down and 768 up, and my up maxes out at around 90 to 100kbs.
