Swap magic 3.3 cd version issues

I have a moded PS1 with some burned games and they work great. But when i use Swap magic 3.3 cd version to load the game in my ps2 (slim) it gives me a "this is not a valid ps2 disc." Why? What can i do to fix it? All the games work great with my PS1.

swap magic cd can't load ps1 games. you need breaker pro for that.
