I have downloaded the A206 firmware, but don't know how to install it.

In help file, it says "Connect the drive to the secondary IDE channel as a master drive with no other devices connected to that channel."

This is the only part I am stuck with...I am no computer guy, so any help is sincerely appreciated ^^
