Ares Problems, Know any Good FAQs?

Never had a problem with ARES before in my life, but I can't seem to connect almost at all to the network. I can't even use the Ares web browser, I can view the homepage, but everything after that won't display (even though I can get it in Firefox).

Occasionally, I might get one song downloading for about 5 minutes, then it will stop for hours at a time. Nothing downloaded when I left on the computer last night for example. The files will just say "connecting" all the time, as well as the title bar at the top of the window.

I'm currently using the latest version and Norton Internet Security 2005 (already gave permission to Ares in the firewall). Might be the new computer I have, never had a problem with the old one: my new one is an HP Media Center 7060.

Let me know about any good FAQs or other boards where I can read some more, can't find any on google.
