make certain cmos jumper is in normal position & not in clear position. disconnect all data & power cables to drives. remove all cards & ram except for a working videocard & a working stick of ram. reseat the videocard, stick of ram, & motherboard power connector(s).

i do not know what is the cmos jumper.
i tried taking out all the wires as you said.
i put the video card and a ram.
still the screen is blank and keyboard is dead.
OR do i need to change the volt of the psu in the back.
do you think that will help or toast my cpu

I take it the above worked fine?
Check memory configuration http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_deta...
Maybe worth removing your motherboard and reconnecting it on a bench setup, may be encountering a short from one of the earth standoffs on the underside of the motherboard.

I just built a new system last month and had the same problem. Someone told me to remove my memory sticks and reinstall them, double-checking they are in the slots the motherboard manufacturer recommends to be filled first. It booted up fine after that. Is your video card in your PCI or APG slot? Also, is the power cables from the power supply connected to both ports on the motherboard?
