Hi...

Can anybody please help..I am running Win Sp2 with Cable Modem Motorola 5100 and 6.5 Mbps line. When I runing Bit Tornado with dozen of peers and seeds my upload and download speed is FIXED to 0kbps - forewer??? Yes, I switched off Win firewall and in the Norton Internet Security I excluded correct range of ports (same as in Bit Tornado pref). I have also checked if my ports are open while I'm runing BT and is OPEN, but my speed is FAT 0. I do not have any router or ext. firewall. I'v tried deinstall/install BT, reg. clean itd but without any success. Ports are open but the light is Yellow. If I dissable Nortom Internet Security Firewall and then run BT I get green light but the speed is still 0kbps without any changes with the time. Any idea how to solve this problem is welcome.

My Guess is your ISP has capped your upload and download.

Hmm.. not totaly sure though.

Thank's Mike,

I have Deinstalled that crap of Norton Internet Security and now I'm dl at 40-50kbps...(ul 15-20kbps). Will search for some better Firewall/Antivirus. The point is... the range of ports for BT in Norton was properly open, but that crap was still blocking somehow.
