I have the V300 and I just installed the latest version of mobile phone tools and have all the necessary drivers, but when I go to copy from computer to mobile phone in the multimedia studio I get the error message: "Request denied by phone (Forbidden (0x43)). Can someone please tell me what this means and how to fix it. Thanks.
