if you have a 2 mb broadband connection,that doesnt relate to the download/upload speeds you are going to get

for example,from azureus

on a 1 mb connection,you should expect to get 100 kb/s in download speed
and upload at say 25 kb/s

so for you on 2mb,

200 kb/s downloading,and 50-60 upload

you are never going to upload 800 kb/s

unless i am missing something

800kb (kilobits) = 100kB (Kilobytes)

(multiply by 0.125)

must admit tho, 100kB does still sound quite high, try a few different testing sites and take an average.
