Using f-secure internet security with bittorrent

Has anyone successfully used f-secure internet security alongside bit torrent. I have managed to enable ports 6881-6889 and the alerts verify that these are being allowed, however frequently I get an alert saying "more than 10 alerts in 10 seconds...firewall has blocked this traffic".

As a result of this, I get next to no download rate.

Presumably there is a rule somewhere that defines the number of alerts allowed within 10s and I could change this to suit. I haven't found this though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
