v300 Phone Tools Problems

Hi,

I have a V300 and I'm from the UK.

I have just got a CD from eBay which has lots of ringtones and games on it - but everytime I try and TRANSFER them (using PhoneTools) to my phone I get the following message..."Unsupported format - no conversion possible"

Does anyone know what I can do?

Is this the only way I can get games like Tetris and MP3 files on there ( my wife has Tetris on her V300 - is it easy to get a copy of that?)
