I have a bunch of songs from the game "Deus Ex". I wanted to convert them to mp3 format so that I could play them in GTA San Andreas.

I had to convert to wav then mp3 because for some reason they wouldnt play when converted to wavs, even though other wav files play fine in GTA3.

Anyways I noticed that all the songs were a lot longer, sometimes more thne 2x, and it was all completely new content to the song. This happened during the UMX to WAV conversion, nothing seemed to change when it converted to mp3. I used MODPLAYER to convert them wav.

Anyone know what's going on? I don't remember the exact songs from Deus EX so I'm wondering if somehow when they were originally converted to umx if somehow content was lost or something.

If someone knows where I can upload 2 versions of the same song I'll do it.
