i've been trying for at least a month now to fix some video files i have. i've used TMPGEnc to encode them to vcd format and ended up with parts of the video skipping and showing blurry frames, or sometimes the frames are colorful and blurry. i don't know what causes this and it's really frustrating. some of the files that i have converted correctly i burned them vcd and upon trying to copy them from the vcd using vcdgear, i get the same problem. is there anyway to fix this, or any tool that i can use to repair the video without any errors? any input would be appreciated
