hi everybody

does any body know how to fix the primary disk program.
it happens when i start my pc everytime. it takes about 20 seconds to find my hard drive.

and pliz share ideas of how to make PC start fast. mine takes almost 45 seconds



i use.
athlon 64 3000+
1.5gb ram(DDR)
msi neo 2f
radeon ati 9600
80gb hd

guys shouldnt it start faster.
or do the data cables matter
or should they be placed straight without folding inside the case.
