cricex,

very cool. I really like the added search functionality. And the user submital page is a nice touch too. I'll submit if I see anything on yours missing.

thanks for the thumbs up.. i appreciate it!!

I first made it just so my brother and I could use stuart miller's list without having to scroll through all the games to find out which ones work and dont work.. but then i realized I really had something herethat the rest of the hdloader population would probably enjoy. before i knew it, i was getting 2500 hits a day :)

its really awesome, completely supported by its own community.

Wow. There must be a lot of hdloader users out there. Glad to see a community develop around this.

Got a question. When a game is listed twice (same region too)but with different modes what should I do? Test them both? Turn them both on? The game in question is Gungrave: Overdose. Right now, it gets stuck on the loading screen (oh and the intro movie has lots of sound issues).

Keep up the good work.

Well, I suppose you can try a combination of the two modes.

But, by the looks of it that game is going to have a hard time playing regardless..

As for the dupes in the DB, I check for dupes almost daily, and the only way they slip past me is if they names are spelt wrong, slightly different, or something of that sort. As you can tell, one of them has a : and the other one doesn, hence the dupe.

but, a combination of mode 2 and 3 maybe the key to getting it working. Make sure to submit your findings :)

I just checked out your list. Nice! I noticed you have both "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (works fine)" and "GTA Vice City (save file problem)"

I have the NTSC USA version of Vice City, the first release (before they made it more "hatian-friendly") and I have the same save file problem, where it gets corrupt and freezes when it tries to access the card after the game has been loaded. I think I saw another guy on this forum who has a problem with that too.

I did notice that the save file now says that it was last modified 12/31/99 when I look at the browser.

I havent' tried that guy's fix, but I will tonight and let you know if it works.

Hello, yes its the same issue again. I cant really control that sort of duplication of games because I cant really check for all the different spellins of game names. I have a forum on the site now ("Discuss" link) and I hope to use the "Compatibility List Issues" forum in order to eliminate such isssues in the future.

thanks :)

Well, I can tell you this so far. I tried that guy's suggestion on your database...

Putting the card in the 2nd slot won't do any good, because GTA Vice City doesn't have an option that lets you read from the 2nd memory card slot.

Well, if you come to a conclusion, please be sure to submit your findings to the site for the rest of the community.

Thanks :)
