I'm still surprised you've all had so much trouble with ps2cover.com. I must be the exception to this because they worked very well with us. One cover came in broken, we sent the broken portion of the case back to them and they sent me a whole case & 2 additional swap disks in return. My order came in timely -- each time I ordered from them. We bought 5 or 6 covers from them.

i have recieved my ps2 cover and swap disc but now i don't want them, i asked for a refund but they said they can't give that to me, so i asked for an exchange. They said they have shipped it out to me but it never came. It's been about 2 and a half months now since they said they have shipped out the exchange item
Should i give them a call? which number should i use and does it cost anything to make the call? I really want something back.

I emailed them about the swap disc and they gave me a tracking number. I checked the number and it said the item left on 23 nov. So I think this time it's legit. Will it finally be here since my order on Aug 13?

Well I got mine towards the end of October. Not bad. The delay was my fault as I stated in my previous e-mail. Turns out that they called me at home and my girlfriend gave them my cell #. Thats how they got my cell # so nothing fishy going on here. Once they got the correct info I got it about 5 days later. Even with the problems (my fault) it took about 3 weeks to get my copy of HDLoader and I've had it now over 1 month and no problem. Its has worked with every game I've tried so far.
2 wrongs don't make it right, but it damn sure make us even!

hi guys
I am Lambros from Greece Athens
I had ordered ps2cover with the discs in October and until now I didnot get anything. They reply only twice in
my emails but nothing...
Do we have any phone number to call them please.
Also they charge my credit card (they didnot forgot to do this!!!) I am very mad.
Please if anyone has any phone number of them please give it to me to call them

Sorry to up this kinda old topic, but I've also bought like a fool from this store 2 weeks ago. I even paid the price for an express UPS delivery so I could get my stuff for christmas (I'm in Europe). Thet charged my CC account and since then I did not have any replies to my emails or anything.
What's sad there is that I bought from there because they were linked from ps2ownz.com, and if me (or other people who did so) say ps2cover.com are thieves on their forum, the messages are simply deleted. Kinda disappointing attitude for such a good news site :/
Did some of you guys manage to get your stuff, or at least get your credit card charged back ?

Yeah I did eventually got mine after three months. They always emailed me back too, but I heard they never respond back to some people

they respond back to me but it usually take about a week or two. Very slow service.
i'm trying to exchange a ps2 cover that i got from them right now. They already recieved the cover but i never recieved anything back. still trying to contact them though.
does that phone number i see before works, the one for the president of ps2cover.com?

Hi all. Thank you for your comments. I waited 3 weeks without hearing or seeing anything at all after my order. Several emails to their sales or ordersupport address all resulted in the same automated response, about their mail server being down and they will reply in 4 days or so. All delaying and avoiding the issues. After reading this forum I got worried and contacted my bank and explained the situation. The bank did not even give me a choice anymore and cancelled my credit card and issued me a new one, as "an unreputable company now has my credit card details".
It has been stated many times in this forum, but it cant be said often enough. Stay away from ps2cover.com !!
