Another thing to look for is how good the print surface is... I have had some discs that looked better than others...

At the moment, Supermedia sent some Optodiscs in place of Prodiscs ...argh... they are not printable to the hub and have a gold ring at the inner and outer edge...

I've done 10 burns today, though, all good. Haven't run a disc quality test on any of them yet though, just surface scans.

Oh, and I meant to say the surface looks better than average. The first prints look good.

i bought a 50 pk of verbatim dvd-r at best buy for $19.99 w/ exact same id. don't think they are printable though. so if u don't HAVE to have printable, finding a good deal like that might save u some money. over $60 to be exact!
