hmm...this might be a very stupid question, but i just wanna make sure...is BRIAN LARA INTERNATIONAL CRICKET coming out in north america? (internation cricket hence the stupidity in the Q LOL) but will it?

I dint understand the selection screen on the PAL2NTSC. I couldn't really see any options to select only NTSC without Y-fix. Plz help me
