Hi, If you put a sim in that is not the same as your fone is locked to, the fone will ask for the code.

I urgently need to unlock this phone. Please help!
Sorry if this sounds dumb. How do I enter the unlock code? Do I insert the SIM card first which it will not work with, then enter the code, or do I just enter the code without any SIM card?

Hello,
I am using a T-mobile US Nokia 6010

Please advise how I can unlock the phone. Also, I notice that the unlock codes have #pw+ xxxxxxxxx +7# How would I do a + and what does it mean by pw? sorry I am really new to this. Thanks.

I have a T-Mobile Nokia 6010.
When I start it with another SIM I get a 'Phone Restricted' message.
After pressing 'Undo', I get prompted to 'Enter restriction code'.
What does the phone need at this point? Is it the unlock code?
If so please provide some assistance and or the unlocking code.

Hi! I have a nokia 6010 imei: 010418/00/135021/6 We can't figure out what the security code is for it and I was told I need to get it flashed. Can anyone explain or/and help? Thanks Sorry forgot to add it is a Cellular One from Kentucky, USA. I do not wish to change providers JUST UNLOCK the security code so I can use the phone.
