I tried all the codes you gave me, with the centennial card in there and i get an error message reading (cannot undo restriction). Should i be using my cingular card? When there is no card in there it just tells me emergency calls only.

You tried 5 codes before the ones i gave you.
So you cant do it by codes.
Let me know if you want the software which needs cable.
Or go for a device like UFS-3

not sure what the usf-3 thing is ..but what all is involved in the software...and does it just use the regular...data cord or a special cord

Hi, i know that all vodafone mobiles can be unlocked by imei number, is this software availabile on the net or can it only be done through sites? i have a motorola v3x.

hey i have looking and looking and looking for the unlock code for my v3x ....<<>> there is got to be a way right NOW to unlock this phone i have called 3 network as its from there and ____.....
you know what i got from them .....
i would love if someone can help me out on this i know this can be unlocked right now just need a 3 network person or a motorola person to do this and i tell you your out there .....
i would love your help on this as i have had my phone for sometime now and cant do a thing with it ...

Think I'm asking for the impossible. Again, it's a Motorola V3X locked to 3. IMEI is 358003002384727. In an email from 3 they tell me that they can only unlock it if it is in UK and operative on their network and they they charge an arm and a leg. Also have a Vodaphone one of these that is unlocked. My smart clip won't touch this phone. H E L P

Regarding unlocking a V3X locked to 3 network: Colin with Vodafone Unlocking referred me to remoteunlocker.com who assures me they can unlock V3X handsets locked to 3 network. It ain't cheap but it's much less than 3 charges. The cost is 29.99 GBP. He remotely unlocks using the IMEI. It takes a couple of days. I'm waiting for my subsidy code and will let everyone know if it works.
