HI YOU CAN TRY THIS:
Put a non-accepted Simcard and turn it on. Type *#9998*3323#. Press Exit. You will get a new menu. Select Malloc Fail.

i dont think so. most of the messages posted here about unlocking their mobile phones doesn't get any reply at all. so everybody should think twice before posting here your IMEI and asking to unlock your mobile. the best way to unlock your ericsson phone is to bring them to a professional unlocker

Yeah, it's not safe to put the IMEI so everyone can see it. I got tired of waiting so I found a guy on eBay that unlocked & unbranded my W800i.
