hehe thanks guys i got the bios and stuff....but another problem. I tried runing the flashing program AFUDOS.exe but when i do, I get all these options and i have no clue what they mean. Theres a "program main bios and non-critical blocks" option, "program NVRAM"..."program boot block" and options such as those. I tried other flashers such as AMIFLASH.com and AMINF339.exe. AMIFLASH stops working when i ned to press "Y" to continue, but i cant press "Y" or "N" and i gotta restart. For AMINF.exe, it says theres no chip or flasher present or something like that. Does anybody know a good flash program or understand the options i listed above? Thanks!

AMI BIOS update supporting Intel Pentium 4 Prescott CPU. To update the BIOS, please launch the "update.bat" in the downloaded BIOS update under MS-DOS. The program will automatically begin the BIOS update process with adequate parameters.

When I buy an other Memory stick, that is good, will the problems be over? Or do I have to buy a new motherboard, since I have already a month BSOD's

http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

Read the users guide and then run the program. I found this to be more simple than memtest86(google it if you want) but both programs get the job done.

If at least one of the tests fails then yuor RAM is defective. Did you do anything with your RAM in the BIOS?

No, I did nothing with my Ram in my bios
I had every driver updated except for my bios
so I'll flash my bios in a few secs...
Asus says they fixed something with 512 MB PC3200 Ram so I hope this helps...

You'll hear if it helped

Just thought I'd mention -- seems like that C-Media AC'97 driver was causing some problems... Realtek must have put a bad version up there or something. I had used RadarSync to get that same driver and originally there was a problem with the link, but once I let their support know about it they apparently fixed it, b/c i've now downloaded it through RadarSync (http://www.radarsync.com) and all is fine and dandy now on my PC.
