Thanks Guys! I don't have the original game or Socom 3. I will have to get it though. Because the copy I have will play off line fine. But like everyone knows won't take to the DNAS patch. That really S*cks. Well hopefully someone cracks this problem before all the games are done like this. Later Bro's Wolf69

You can patch the DNA's of Socom 3 fine. After the DNA ID check, you'll get a "cheating device error" and you'll get booted by the additional online server check, if you're trying to play this game online with a backup. This occurs after the DNA ID check. I've heard urban legends of people playing backups of Socom 3 online, but nothing concrete.

Hello guy's, I'm wondering if you know a solution for my problem. I got two different back up's of the game Socom III NTSC but none of them will work on my PAL PS2 with HDAvanced 2.0. Every time I start them the only thing I see is the logo and then my PS2 stops doing anything. Please let me know if you found the solution.

yeah men i got the same error that it said i was cheating.... ummmm is there a way to fix that???? cause i dont kno men i like this game. but right now my money is low and its gonna be low for a while. and i cant affort socom for a while. ummmm is there a way to actually play it??? has anyone done it?
