yeah Im having the same problems as everyone else, just a black screen. Tried burning at different speeds on different media with different writers, tried rebuilding, tried using diff video modes on different boot methods (ie normal or special) and nothing works.

Also, have tried DVDLoader but cant get it to work at all, havent tried using HD Loader yet but even that is a downloaded version I have so its coming from swap magic anyway. keeping an eye out on swapmagicfix.com for info, never managed to get fifa 06 working either, even using 3dluis' method. All my other dl'd games have worked perfectly.

Really wanting to get this game working too! Anyone who has somehow managed to get it working, what writer / media did you use?

I'm downloading the Dagger version as a backup for my Fifa Street2 and I was wondering if this PAL version works well on European PS2's.
Somebody tried this already? Because I guess all you guys are trying to convert it to NTSC and then it won't work. But does it work with PAL PS2's with no editing or whatsoever?

look m8 i don`t wanna sound frustrated but i don`t wanna go over old ground i have been burning games for 2 yrs i know all you are trying to do is cross out the obvious which is good i have spoken to many ppl about this game and to play this game straight with swap magic any version it will need to be patched and that is beyond me but i am sure within the next month or so someone will come up with one every now and again a game comes up that needs to be patched sorry if i sound impatient but i don`t want to go around in circles i only use quality media

Ok thanks for your reply. I guess I'll just have to wait for a patch then...

Oh and I've got a little OT question. Maybe you know this...I've burned Fifa 06 (Dagger version) on a Ricoh DVD+R (B-class). The game freezes when loading a match. Is there any patch available or do I need to burn the image on better media? (There're some TY's on their way)

ok geoffbob think what you want. All i know is that i have a working FIFA STREET 2 and you dont. Patch I didn't need it. I am using swap magic 3.6 because its the newest version. Hell I rebuild games but to no success, so thats why i just do straight burns with verbatim 8x DVD-R at 4x and play them.
