no a reviewer for the datel hdd said that when he called datel they asked him what fw he had and he said 1.5 and they said thats why it was so slow and that if he updated his fw it would work faster, and he said that when he did that it was less laggy and skippy i dont think that would work for u, cause yours didnt play video or mp3 at all, this kids played it but it would lag and skip. ill try and look for that review so you can read it for yourself. if the price is seriously going to be 239 tho id wait for the mspd

hey i HAD this thing... it was great back whe nit came out. so of the turn offs were the bulkiness... and the speeds were a bit slower but not much. It ended up breaking becasue i kept fiddling with the part that connects to your ms slot. i opeened it up and a wire broke. SO yea it was sorta a waste a money i kept the battery though, lasts twice as long as the stock ones. My brother was palying around with it the other day and its not an HDD, Its a COmpaCt flash Card. All the wires and junk are just so it can convert the compact flash into MS pro. So I use this thing to store some files now. If you got a camera that can use one of these things, recycle that "psp hdd"
