i had to change the ip on my pc. the xb had 192.168.0.99 I changed the pc to 192.168.0.1. you said i can use flash xp to add a dashboard. can i im you.

OK os i d/l Avalaunch.0.49.2-MultiGameDisk an you say to link xb to pc and open flash xp and move over the whole floder to the C drive on the xbox side. Start live config and make the c drive start first?

Well, I network flashed about 4 different bios files and when I do that My box will come on and turn right off. unless I hit the eject and power button to reflash it again. I am at a sticking point.

you need to flash the x3 3294 1MB bios. Then install dashboard.

I'm have the same problem. I loaded 3294 also, and unless I go to reflash it, my box just turns itself on and then off right away over and over again.

hey, I am having same problem i haven't been able to find another copy of x3 3294 bios other than the one i got from xbins, I can only boot from backup bank, I have the protection off in both places, but with 1 and 2 bank on, 3 and 4 and 5 off, it says read only, I have tred to flash about 6 or 7 times by dvd, no way to do it over network because I can't do anything to settings on xbox, just goes to flashbios 3.01 screen, please help

ok return and cereal here is my problem, just got avalaunch installed as dashboard, but now my xbox won't play original lor back up games, and most discs, it has only read avalaunch and flash disc, wouldn't read both auto installers, what do i need to do

ok cereal, what I meant was i burnt the actual avalaunch dashboard onto dvd, all the files and stuff, the xbox was actually able to read it, I went into file manager and transfered every file and folder manually into c drive after editing avalaunch.xml, after installing, my xbox won't read original or backed up games need help
