You aren't able to booktype with that drive, but you've got high compatability mode turned on so when the disc is spit out it should be read as a DVD-ROM. Look at it in CD-DVD speed under the disc info tab...it will tell you what the bood type is.

Looks like a successful burn, I don't see anything wrong...the disc just won't play in your player?

So everything is working good right...what's there to understand? Your dad's player wasn't compatable with the format that you originally gave him, now it is.

now toyotaman has left AD (again, sigh), there's no need for this thread. i'm starting to wonder if toyotaman aka ozzmary is indeed the father to a lad who apparently keeps using his dad's login to get on AD, or if toyotaman is indeed the lad.... tune in next time folks as we'll no doubt have the pleasure of toyotaman's company again, but there's been so many complaints it'll be instant banning...

LOL

I started to add some comments earlier, but knowing TM's situation I thought someone else should be the one to get him booted again.

Thanks Creaky for leaving this one open long enough for some deep thoughts...LMAO

I haven't been around for a couple of years and I don't know if it's been mentioned before but 'The Firmware Page' is an excellent source for updates.

TM, aka toyotaman, aka ozzmary(never knew him by that nick), is someone you can learn from a lot! Learn how to be nice and stay out of trouble, by doing what he failed to do in several occasions, apparently(I don't really know what happened)!
