i might try rebuilding with gnies tool and see if it stops the laser workin so hard.

Reefbreak let us know how you go. I've stopped playing Hitman Blood Money because I'm worried that it'll stuff my laser. Is anyone having problems with the laser working so hard with the original version of this game?

Game is still not working here.
downloaded mrn version and burned at 6x with Nero.
that one didnt work, then i rebuilded with dvdgen and iml2iso.
burned that one at 2x with dvddecrypter and still didnt work
please help

I never had no problem with the PAL version of Hitman Blood Money. I am in the US, so I exchanged it out with the NTSC version a week later (I think I threw the PAL version away, I can't find it). All I did was download the file from the newsgroups, unrar the ISO and burn at 8x (I use 16X Sony DVD+R) The 50hz mode bounced on my TV but that's all PAL games unless I patch them. Patching the PAL version with the PAL2NTSC w/yfix 1.06 made the 50hz mode (NTSC) and screwed the 60hz and 60hz480p modes. I then reburned the original ISO that was unpatched and used Swap Magic 3.6 and played it. Now, with the NTSC version, here's the file order in case you need it. But I don't remember ever having to rebuild any version of this game.

And make sure you booktyped your DVD+R to DVD-ROM like this
