No you can't get this at a store. It's only available online.
You can get it at the modchipstore.com
It costs $90 to buy it it and $200 to buy it and have them install it for you.

Nah, you seem a little judgemental.
Also, take out the batteries in those PSPs and try to turn them on using a charger. Some people have reported that their batteries really brick instead of their PSPs. Check it out.

There will never be a downgrader for 2.5 and above. The goal right now is more to find an exploit to play homebrew rather than create a downgrader.

Yea, it's a successful downgrader from 2.6/2.5 to 1.5. It works and it's very trustworthy.

There's been 2-3 bricks out of the hundreds that have done it. If you follow the directions you'll be fine.
WTF does NBA Live have to do with the downgrader?
