Thats your problem. Thats DH without the firmware files. Go to the one I linked you to earlier. Thats pre setup with all the firmware files. Well heres the link again.

devhook 0.44(old one) only wrks with 222 clock speed,if you are using 333 change it.and the preoload adress must be 89*******.theres a new version at ps2nfo that works with both cpu speeds.

Well I asked my friend to give me the torrent to download the gta iso, he gave me it (he always plays that iso). And when I try to ask him he be's a real dick hole and ignores me...
